Founded in 1993 by Kay Morse, The Morse Team has grown into a multi-generational real estate team serving the Northshore area of Louisiana. Since Kay's retirement in 2020 (licensed in 1986), The Morse Team now includes Kay’s daughters, Candy Morse Modeen and Melody Morse Barousse, and her granddaughter, Kate Barousse Friedman who have over 40 years of combined experience in real estate.
